Mark Younger
FOUNDER and PRESIDENT
Coach Mark has over 15 years of coaching experience at the youth level (3rd grade to high school) and in every format of football (rec, select, tackle, flag, flex, and 7v7). He has numerous super bowls, division and tournament championships to his credit, but his favorite thing about coaching is the life lessons the boys learn. "The hard work and dedication it takes to become a great team are lessons that they will take with them the rest of their lives".

Outside of football, coach Mark loves skiing and spending time with his wife Debbi and 2 kids Zachary (21) and Kaitlyn (18).
Todd Smith
FOUNDER and VICE PRESIDENT
Coach Todd is a United States Navy veteran and earned his a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. He has numerous years of youth football coaching experience including tackle, 7V7, Flex football and flag teams. When he is not reviewing film and studying ways to make our teams better, he enjoys spending time with wife Samantha, sons Jake and Brady and his Rottweiler Daisy.

JP brings 10 years of football coaching experience from the youth level(s), and is proficient in the development of fundamental skills, techniques, and offensive and defensive strategies. Enthusiastic and dedicated to helping athletes develop their full potential on and off the field.
In his spare time, JP enjoys spending time with his wife, and kids of 24, 18, 9, 3, 1
JASON DOTY
HEAD COACH 12/13U
Coach Jason has been involved in sports all his life. Played basketball, soccer and baseball as a kid growing up. As a dad now, Jason has coached both his boys in multiple sports. Jason loves being a coach and loves seeing kids develop their talents. Jason has really enjoyed being a part of our 7 v 7 Frisco Lightning organization these last 2 years and helping coach and mentor our 12/13U team.
When he's not coaching, Jason loves to spend time with his wife of 21 years, Christie, and his two boys Grady (17) and Landon (13)
LAUREN MELTON

Lauren has over 15 years of coaching experience in a variety of boys and girls youth sports. He employs outside of the box thinking to traditional fundamental skills. Along with his wife, he is working on raising four smart kids, that are coachable multi-sport athletes.

DUKE STRAIN
HEAD COACH 10U
A native of Plano, TX; coach Duke played football for Plano Senior High School. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma where he spent his summers in California training high schoolers in speed and agility. Duke has over 10 years of experience coaching and multiple super bowl and tournament wins to his credit. He's had the pleasure of coaching all 3 sons, oldest Duke Jr (14), middle son Steel (10), and youngest Eagle(8) in football.

Coach Duke has been married to his wife Erin for over 17 years and together have 5 children (boys previously mentioned) and 2 beautiful girls Hunter(5) and Mercy (3). When he's not coaching he enjoys long walks on the beach, flowers and trying desperately to bring back bike coaching shorts and fanny packs.
